When you call me to look for real estate listings & houses for sale, I will ask you a few simple questions to help in our search for listings in the Key Largo and Islamorada area. How many bedrooms do you need?  How many baths? Do you prefer the ocean or bay side of the island? What is your price range?  How soon will you be moving to the Key Largo, Islamorada area?

Selling:

If you own a property in the Key Largo or Islamorada area, I would be happy to talk with you about your property. Together, we decide on a price for your property and sign a listing agreement. Then, my job of marketing the property begins.

About me:

I have lived in the Key Largo area of the Florida Keys since 1995. I previously lived in Coral Gables, Florida and the Washington DC area. I have two grown children and am active in the Key Largo area and the Key Largo Real Estate organizations. I served as president of the Women's Council of Realtors, Florida Keys Chapter twice and am still active in the organization. 

I enjoy the weather, boating, and the laid back atmosphere of the Key Largo area. When I need to travel or shop, Key Largo is just 60 miles south of Miami. 

The residents of Key Largo and Islamorada are enjoying the new bridge which opened in 2008 at the entrance to Key Largo. The view coming and leaving the Key Largo area is a sight to behold.
